It finally happened! I can go for walks now! Mom took me for my shots yesterday and I got the "ok" from the vet. We went for our first run/walk yesterday and it was wonderful! I must have been excited about the whole thing since I slept for two hours as soon as we got home. We went for another walk today, but we passed a couple of barking dogs, which made me a little nervous (I pulled Mom home).
I'm also really loving "fetch." I figured out that when I drop the ball, Mom will throw it. She likes that a lot more than wrestling the ball away from me. More evidence of my maturity? I haven't missed my puppy pad in 2 days! Dad is working out of town right now, and I know he will be really impressed when he sees me tomorrow. I can't wait. I miss him!
