Well, it wasn't all good news at the vet today. I have to wait 3 MORE WEEKS before I can start going on walks. And even then, I'm not guaranteed to be covered. The vet said that there is an 85% chance that I will be fully protected from bad cooties after my next booster shot, but some dogs (15%) aren't totally covered until after their final shot (at 16 weeks). I really REALLY need a productive way to get rid of all of this energy. All I want to do is run around and explore, but I can't until I get these silly shots! Other than that, the visit was fine. The vet is very nice and gave my mom good advice about how to react when I don't listen. I now weigh 12 pounds... right on target! I'm gaining about 2 pounds per week.
And I experienced my first rain today. The drops have been falling all day, and I haven't quite decided what I think of it. I don't mind the little drops so much, but when the big ones drop on me from the roof, I get a little annoyed. Hopefully it won't last too long.
